Which legal entity operates the service
Monaro Bondleigh is a trading name used by the company that owns and operates this website and the associated client platform.
When you agree to our terms and establish an account, the operating company serves as your contractual counterparty. Terms of Use This operating company's complete registered designation, corporate structure, registration information, and affiliated group membership are detailed in the client agreement provided during your account setup process, and can be obtained upon request via the channels outlined in the "Requesting documentation" section below.
Because corporate structures, registered particulars and service arrangements can change, we deliberately do not restate them as fixed text on a marketing page. The client agreement and the documentation pack we send you are the authoritative source; where this page and those documents differ, the documents prevail.
Group companies and service providers
Specific operations - infrastructure management, transaction settlement, pricing information, identity verification systems - are performed by dedicated external service providers pursuant to formal contracts. Details regarding the types of providers we engage and the manner in which they process your personal information are outlined in our Privacy PolicyProvider identities are not disclosed within this section.
Procedures for obtaining corporate and compliance documentation
Clients, prospective clients and professional counterparties may request our corporate and compliance documentation. We provide it on request rather than publishing it openly.
What can be requested
- Verification of the entity operating the service and its registered corporate information.
- Your current service agreement along with the fee schedule that applies to your specific account.
- An overview of our anti-money laundering protocols and customer verification procedures.
- Our procedure for managing complaints and how matters are referred to higher authority.
- Data-protection information relating to your own personal data.
How to make the request
- 01
Write to us
Use the contact route on our contact page. Put "Regulatory documentation request" in the subject line.
- 02
Identify yourself
State whether you are an existing client (and give the email address on the account) or a prospective client, and which documents you need.
- 03
Receive the pack
Submitted requests are processed according to the duration provided in your request confirmation. Certain records may be delivered in partial format in cases where full versions would disclose confidential business information.
Documents are sent to the verified contact details on file. We cannot send account-specific documentation to a third party without your written authorisation.
Regulatory and compliance questions
Inquiries concerning our regulatory status, our compliance policies, or matters you wish to have reviewed at a higher level should be directed through the compliance channel and not through ordinary customer service.
How do I raise a compliance question?
Send it through the contact page and mark it "Compliance". Include the account email address if you already hold an account, and describe the question in a sentence or two.
How do I make a formal complaint?
Employ the same channel and label your submission as "Complaint". You will get a confirmation notice, a unique identifier, and a projected duration for our full response. Should the resolution prove inadequate, the response will detail what further options exist for you to pursue.
How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?
Use the report abuse page. Impersonation of Monaro Bondleigh in messages, adverts or cloned sites should be reported there so we can act on it.
Are institutional or press enquiries handled here?
Yes - send them through the contact page with a clear subject line and they will be routed to the right team.
The regulatory framework we work within
We describe here the type of obligations that govern the service, rather than naming authorities or quoting reference numbers, which belong in the formal documentation.
- 01
Client identification
All accounts undergo verification prior to deposit, trading activity or funds withdrawal, consistent with the KYC and AML procedures outlined on our KYC & AML page.
- 02
Financial-crime prevention
Sanctions and risk screening, ongoing transaction monitoring, internal escalation procedures and record retention for the periods required by applicable law.
- 03
Handling of client money
Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.
- 04
Fair and clear communication
Your account and our pricing page display all applicable costs, spreads and fees. We provide no guarantees regarding specific returns, and all marketing materials include appropriate risk disclosures.
- 05
Data protection
Your personal data is handled according to a specified legal basis for processing, kept only for as long as required, and safeguarded using access restrictions along with encryption both during transmission and while stored.
- 06
Complaints handling
An internal written complaints process that includes acknowledgement of your complaint, a full investigation, and a substantive response delivered within the timeframe communicated at the time your complaint is submitted.
Where a jurisdiction imposes stricter local requirements than those above, the stricter requirement applies to clients resident there.
